Helpwise allows you to import Freshdesk account to Helpwise. Now you do not have to worry about your on going conversations in Freshdesk while migrating to Helpwise. Its one click integration allows you to move your Freshdesk emails, teammates, mailboxes, contacts, notes and tags in your Helpwise account.
Follow the steps below to integrate Freshdesk with Helpwise:
- Click on Manage and go to Import page
- You’ll see Freshdesk Box and now click on “Import Freshdesk”.
- Enter your Freshdesk API Key and domain and click on “Save”.
- In order to get the Freshdesk API Key, head over to your Freshdesk account and go to profile settings page. You’ll get the API key and domain in the URL i.e., domain.freshdesk.com so you’ve to enter only ‘domain’ in domain field.
- Copy the API Key from here and paste it on Helpwise.
- That’s it, within few hours your emails from Freshdesk will start showing up in your Helpwise account.
