Helpwise integration with EasyCalendar allows you to track events in your Helpwise shared inbox. You can also create and update events directly from Helpwise.
Follow the steps below to connect your EasyCalendar account with Helpwise:
- Login to your Helpwise account.
- Click on “Automation” on the top and select “Integrations”.
- Now, click on the “Connect EasyCalendar” button.
- Enter the API key and API secret. You can get these from the Developer API page in the account settings.
- Now click on ‘Connect’.
- You have now integrated your EasyCalendar account with Helpwise.
- After that, you will be returned to your Helpwise account and see the “Connected” button.
