Helpwise integration with Outlook Calendar allows you to track events in your Helpwise shared inbox. You can also create and update events directly from Helpwise.
Follow the steps below to connect your Outlook Calendar account with Helpwise:
- Login in to your Helpwise account.
- Click on “Automation” on the top and select “Integrations”.
- Now, click on the “Connect Outlook Calendar” button.
- Login to your outlook account and then click on ‘Yes’.
- You have now integrated your Outlook Calendar account with Helpwise.
- After that, you will be returned to your Helpwise account and see the “Connected” button.
