Helpwise shared inbox’s mobile app

We have released the new update of Helpwise mobile app for both android and iOS. It included lots of feature in new update which includes:

• Completely new user friendly interface and self explained design. Now, you can see assigned avatar on main conversations list.

• New Facebook inbox included.
• New chat widget inbox included. Now, you can directly chat with your customer from mobile App.

• Send email with attachment with native file picker.
• Swipe left/right to perform the conversations operation like archive, spam, restore and trash.
• Improved search functionality. Now, you can search more accurately your important conversations.

• Change your availability using ‘Availability Toggle’ on drawer side.

• Change your personalize notifications directly from your mobile App.
