3. View Issue: Open the linked issues in Jira right from your inbox with just a click
4. Add Comments: Collaborate with your team members by starting a discussion
5. Update JIRA issues: Edit existing issues and share critical customer feedback and requests with the teams.
6. Get Context on JIRA: When a Jira issue is linked to Helpwise, Helpwise Conversation and Contact details are added to the details of the Jira issue.
