Announcing Aliases in Helpwise

You can create an alias in the mailbox settings page.

Aliases allow you to use multiple emails in the same shared mailbox. You can create aliases such as support@yourdomain, care@yourdomain for a mailbox such as help@yourdomain. You can choose whether you want to reply as alias or not. Read more about aliases here.
