Today, we have launched our Integrately integration. It allows you to integrate your Helpwise account with 300+ apps.

Creating a card on Trello when a conversation is created at Helpwise using Integrately Automation

Helpwise’s integration with Integrately includes the following Actions and Triggers:

  • Note Added [Trigger] – You can trigger your Integrately automation whenever someone adds a note on Helpwise.
  • Inbound Message [Trigger] – Whenever you will receive a message on your Helpwise account, the Integrately automation will be triggered.
  • Conversation Created [Trigger] – Whenever a new conversation is created on Helpwise account, the Integrately automation will be triggered.
  • Conversation Closed [Trigger] – Whenever a new conversation is closed on the Helpwise account, the Integrately automation will be triggered.
  • Conversation Closes [Trigger] – Whenever a new conversation is assigned on the Helpwise account, the Integrately automation will be triggered.
  • Conversation Assigned [Trigger] – Whenever a new conversation is created on the Helpwise account, the Integrately automation will be triggered.
  • Conversation Deleted [Trigger] – Whenever a new conversation is deleted on the Helpwise account, the Integrately automation will be triggered.
  • Conversation Reopened [Trigger] – Whenever a new conversation is reopened/moved to Inbox on the Helpwise account, the Integrately automation will be triggered.
  • Tag Added [Trigger] – Trigger your Integrately automation whenever you tag an email thread in Helpwise.
  • Send an Email [Action] – This action allows you to send an email via Helpwise.
  • Send an SMS [Action] – This action allows you to send an SMS via Helpwise.
  • Send a WhatsApp [Action] – This action allows you to send a WhatsApp message via Helpwise.
  • Find Conversation [Search] – This search allows you to find a conversation on your Helpwise account.
  • Find Contact [Search] – This search allows you to find a contact in your Helpwise account.
