After connecting Wootric with Helpwise, all your mails will be embedded with survey template.

The Survey E-mail looks like:

The clients review will be sent to your Wootric Account automatically.

In your Wootric account, you can see the rating by filtering the sender and mailbox name :

  • Mailbox refers to the inbox from which the survey was sent from Helpwise.
  • Agent Name refers to the agent who sent the mail and is being surveyed.
