These new enhancements are designed to streamline your workflow and improve access to important information. Here’s what’s new:

  1. Global Search in Integration
    Users can now search for JIRA issues directly without needing to specify an issue type (e.g., bugs, tasks, etc.). This update simplifies the process, allowing you to find relevant issues more quickly and flexibly.

  1. Add Helpwise Conversation URL to a Dedicated JIRA Field
    We’ve introduced the option to add a Helpwise conversation URL directly to a dedicated field in the JIRA ticket. We noticed that comments in JIRA often get buried under new activity, making it hard to find important information. Linking a Helpwise conversation as a comment could cause it to get lost over time. Now, with a dedicated field for the conversation URL, users can easily access the associated Helpwise ticket without sifting through numerous comments, keeping the support and development workflow smooth and efficient.
  1. Display Ticket Number Alongside Title in JIRA Search Results
    In the JIRA integration search results, both the ticket number and title will now be shown. This feature enables users to quickly identify and search for tickets using either the number or title, providing more flexibility and speed in issue tracking.
