Once you have connected your Helpwise shared inbox with WooCommerce, you can easily track the information of your customer. Here are the steps:
- Login into your Helpwise account and open your mailbox.
- Open an email to find the WooCommerce icon on the right of the screen.
- Click on the WooCommerce icon to open the integration panel. It shows the information of the customer such as name, email and total spent.
Track WooCommerce Orders
You can get the order details of the customer, whose email you have opened, directly in Helpwise. Follow the steps below to track the order details coming from WooCommerce:
- Open an email to find the WooCommerce icon on the right of the screen.
- Click on the WooCommerce icon to open the integration panel. It shows the information of the orders made by customer such as products, quantity, price, discount, tax, payment status, Billing address, Shipping address etc.
