You asked for it, and we did it. Today we announce the auto assign feature in Helpwise. This features allows you to automatically assign new conversation to your team member.

With this, you can now balance the incoming conversations automatically among your team members. Leading to increased productivity and improved response time.

This allows you to auto assign the conversations in two ways:

  1. Round Robin – Equally distribute the incoming conversations among the team members.
  2. Random – Randomly picks a team member for assigning the incoming conversation.

Filter out the team members, to be considered for the auto-assignment rule. This allows other members (who usually monitor the queries) to not get auto assigned in a conversation.
