Track Shopify Customer Information
Follow the steps below to track information of the customer from Helpwise:
- Login into your Helpwise account and open your mailbox.
- Open and email to find the Shopify icon on the right of the screen.
- Click on the Shopify icon to open the integration panel. It shows the information of the customer such as name, email, shipping address and phone number.
Track Shopify Orders
You can track the order status of the customer, whose email you have opened, directly in Helpwise. Follow the steps below to track the order details coming from Shopify:
- Login into your Helpwise account and open your mailbox.
- Open and email to find the Shopify icon on the right of the screen.
- Click on the Shopify icon to open the integration panel. It shows the information of the orders made by customer such as, products, quantity, price, discount, payment status, fulfilment, etc.
