Views are like smart filters which allow teams to fetch a list of all conversations that were created using various custom filters. Views allow you to save and pin these filters in your inbox so that you can filter out the conversations quickly.
Views can be the addition to the tags in the sidebar and can be useful in many ways such as:
- Y is a team lead and wants to keep an eye on all the conversations with company X, Y can create a view and pin it to his inbox’s sidebar. Now Y can view all the conversations from company X and have a deeper look.
- A Is a team user and wants to see all the conversations which are tagged important and arrived between a specific date range and has status open.
