How to set up Auto Assignment for my Inbox?

Choose the team members to whom you want to distribute the conversations

This article discusses how you can set up the Auto Assignment for your Inbox. We support the following Auto assignment strategies currently:

  1. Round Robin
    With Round Robin, Helpwise attempts to assign the conversation to each team member one by one in a Round Robin manner.
  2. Random
    With Random, Helpwise attempts to assign the conversation to any of the available team members randomly.
  3. Load Balancing
    With Load Balancing, Helpwise attempts to assign the conversation to the available team member who has the lowest number of assigned conversations.

Round Robin and Random are available on all plans except for the Standard Plan and Load Balancing is available on all plans above the Advanced plan.
