Helpwise allows you to import Zendesk account to Helpwise. Now you do not have to worry about your on going conversations in Zendesk while migrating to Helpwise. Its one click integration allows you to move your Zendesk emails, teammates, mailboxes, contacts, notes and tags in your Helpwise account.

Follow the steps below to integrate Zendesk with Helpwise:

  • Click on Manage and go to Import page
  • You’ll see Zendesk Box and now click on “Import Zendesk”.
  • Enter your Zendesk Api Key, domain and email and click on “Save”.
  • In order to get the Zendesk API Key, head over to your Zendesk account and click on Admin. Now you have to click on API and enable Token Access and click on ‘+’ button to get your API key . You’ll get the domain in the URL i.e., so you’ve to enter only ‘domain’ in domain field.
  • Copy the API Key from here and paste it on Helpwise.
  • That’s it, within few hours your emails from Zendesk will start showing up in your Helpwise account.
